A group of Sisters from Sisters of Mary Mother of the Church in the Catholic Diocese of Ho has embarked on a charity-driven visit to inmates of the Ho Central Prisons.
The visit which took place on the morning of Monday, December 26, 2022, was aimed at spreading the love and joy of Christmas with the inmates.
The Sisters made a donation of packed food and water and other items for the use of the inmates and was presented by their Superior-General, Sr. Lucy Hometowu, SMMC.
The gesture according to the Sisters was inspired by Matthew 25:40, “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
