Auxiliary Bishop of Accra, Most Rev. John K. Louis has been reported to have lost his father.
Mr. Vincent K. Louis, the father of one of the Auxiliaries of the Archdiocese of Accra is said to have died on July 4 at the age of 87.
A communique issued by the Secretary to the Archbishop of Accra, Rev. Fr. Derrick Dowuona-Hammond said, “In the hope of the resurrection, we announce to you the death of Mr. Vincent K. Louis, the father of Most Rev. John K. Louis. He passed on yesterday. He was 87 years. Funeral arrangements will be communicated later.”
The communiqué called for prayers for the repose of the late Vincent K. Louis.
“Let us pray for the repose of the soul of our dear father and strength for our dear Auxiliary Bishop and the family,” the statement said.
