The 2024 African Religious Union, Ghana (ARUG) Congress is currently in full swing in the Sekondi-Takoradi Diocese, marking the climax of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations.
The event, hosted at the Catechetical and Pastoral Centre of the Catholic Diocese of Sekondi-Takoradi, commenced on Thursday, January 4, and is scheduled to conclude on Monday, January 8, 2024.
The Congress, themed “ARUG Beyond 50: The Role of the African Religious in Evangelization in Ghana,” will see a series of enriching sessions, spiritual activities, and cultural celebrations, bringing together delegates from various religious communities, government officials, and distinguished guests.
The program reflects a blend of reflection, spiritual growth, and communal engagement, marking a significant moment in the history of ARUG in Ghana.
