The Metropolitan Archbishop of Accra, Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kwofie, C.S.Sp., has announced his will be temporarily absent from the country from January 08 to January 14, 2024.
The purpose of his trip is to participate in the 80th-anniversary celebration of the Archdiocese of Parakou in Benin.
In a statement addressed to all priests, religious, and lay faithful of the Catholic Archdiocese of Accra, Archbishop Kwofie extended his prayerful wishes and invoked the peace of the Lord upon the community during his absence.
He urged the faithful to refer any matters requiring attention to Bishop Anthony Narh Asare.
