The Osu Deanery Youth Council in the Archdiocese of Accra, Ghana is set to host the 5th edition of the Catholic Youth Praying Project, Exaltare, on January 21, 2024. The event will take place at St. Anne and Joachim Parish in Teshie, commencing at 4:00 pm.
Exaltare, initiated exactly 5 years ago by the youth council, is a spiritual gathering that seeks to exalt and extol the greatness of God through Prayer, Praise, and Worship. This year’s edition promises to be an awe-inspiring encounter with the divine, creating an atmosphere saturated with the powerful presence of the Holy Spirit.
The theme for this year’s event is “Rejoicing in hope,” drawn from Romans 12:12. Reverend Father Evans Halolo will be the keynote speaker, leading a prayer session to guide participants into the new year with hope and spiritual rejuvenation.
The star-studded lineup for Exaltare 2024 includes Minister Kofi Peprah as the guest artist, Minister Peter Owusu Ansah and Team Jesus leading the congregation in praise and worship, and Minister Kojo Anselm, a dynamic young minister, contributing to the celebration. Adding a touch of choral music to the event, Mysti-Blends Chorale Ghana will feature prominently.
The 5th-anniversary edition of Exaltare promises a unique blend of spiritual enlightenment, uplifting music, and heartfelt worship.
