After his ordination, Fr. Dugah was appointed assistant Priest at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Tema Community 2, and was later appointed Priest in-charge at the St. Dominic Catholic Church, Taifa, and subsequently made a Parish Priest.
After his service at St. Dominic, the priest was tranfered to St. Kizito Catholic Church, Nima, and later to St. Peter Parish in Tema New Town, on October 1, 2020, working there from that period to February 2024.
