The Deanery Catholic Youth Organisation Chaplain for Ho Deanery Rev. Fr Rowland Deladem Enyeminku has called on the youth to seek God first in everything they do as Christians.
Fr. Enyeminku was speaking at the 2024 Ho Jamboree held at St. Michael Rectorate Awudome- Tsito.
The 2024 Jamboree brought together members of the Catholic Youth Organisation (CYO) from all the 15 Parishes in the Deanery
The event is an annual gathering of CYO members to brainstorm on their activities and prepare for the next year.
This year’s Jamboree was specially marked in preparation for the 75th Anniversary of the Ghana National Catholic Youth Organisation which is scheduled to be marked later.
The Ho Diocesan Catholic Youth Organisation Chairman Senior Crusader Patrick Youngs called on all crusaders and the newly initiated members to be guided by their actions and be committed to the growth of the organisation.
Snr Crusader Youngs urged all to take their education seriously as education is the key to success and be obedient to all their parents and the elderly in Society.
He called on all crusaders and the youth of the Catholic Church not to allow themselves to be used by politicians to cause harm before, during and after the general elections in December.
