Located in Nsawam, just 40 kilometers from Accra, the Centre operates with a clear and impactful mission: to enable handicapped individuals to lead independent and productive lives.
The film, set to air at 1 p.m. today, provides an in-depth look at the OTC’s mission to transform the lives of physically challenged individuals, particularly children, in Ghana and West Africa.
Founded in 1961 by Brother Tarcisius de Ruyter (SVD) under the auspices of the Divine Word Missionaries, the OTC has been a beacon of hope for thousands of individuals with physical disabilities.
The documentary captures the essence of OTC’s multifaceted approach to rehabilitation and care.
