Bishop Angkyier announces new appointments and transfers for Damongo Diocese

Most Rev. Peter Paul Y. Angkyier, Bishop of Damongo, has announced a series of appointments and transfers within the Diocese, effective from September 1, 2024.

In a letter dated August 30, Bishop Angkyier outlined the new placements of priests and personnel across the Diocese, urging all affected parties to assume their new roles by September 30, 2024.

The Bishop emphasized the importance of a smooth transition, directing those involved in the transfers to ensure thorough handovers supervised by the Chancellor of the Diocese or the Vicar General.

He also extended his prayers for guidance and blessings upon the new assignments, entrusting the future ministries to the care of Mary, Star of the New Evangelization.
