He said the achievements reflect the Trust’s commitment to improving healthcare services and training in the country.
Mr. Adjei stated that the Trust has officially adopted the Safecare initiative, spearheaded by the Christian Health Association of Ghana (CHAG) and PharmAccess, to improve health services across its institutions.
He further indicated that all facilities were participating in the Safecare programme at various levels, with several facilities achieving the prestigious level 5 status.
He commended those institutions for their outstanding achievement and encouraged them to maintain this high standard.
He also urged other clinics and hospitals within the Trust to continue refining their care delivery systems.
The Episcopal Chairman for Health, Most Rev. Peter Paul Yelezuome Angkyier reminded healthcare professionals in Catholic facilities of their vital importance of addressing the fundamental needs of ordinary patients amidst the focus on modern equipment and technology.
Bishop Angkyier emphasized the need for hospitals and clinics to serve as sanctuaries of hope for those suffering from illness and pain.
