Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Yola in Nigeria, Most Rev. Stephen Dami Mamza has said the Church in Nigeria is not silent on the menace of kidnapping bedeviling the West African Nation.
According to the Bishop, the Church will continue to engage government and security agencies on the menace.
Nigeria now has the infamous distinction of having the worst persecutor of Christians in the world. Every year, at least 4,000 Christians are killed in the country, according to Global Christian Relief.
